GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS BED & BREAKFAST BATHORN.

Bed & Breakfast "Bathorn" applies the following general terms and conditions. These are in force from the moment of reservation until your stay in our B&B.

1. 1. General

General Terms and Conditions apply to all users of Bed & Breakfast "Bathorn", Bathorner Siedlung, 49846 Hoogstede

With the conclusion of a rental agreement, these General Terms and Conditions become effective.

1. Upon request, a copy of these Terms and Conditions will be provided to users free of charge.
2. Tenants must have a permanent place of residence or domicile.
3. The owner is not liable for damage, loss or theft of users' property. In case of disputes, all (legal) costs will be borne by the users.
4. All risks related to a stay in Bed & Breakfast "Bathorn" are the responsibility of the users.
5. Damage and loss of movable and immovable property belonging to the owner must be reported and reimbursed immediately to the owner by users.
6. Guests should follow instructions from the owner.
7. The owner may deny and/or refuse guests access to Bed & Breakfast "Bathorn" with immediate effect, without further notice and justification and without refund of accommodation costs, in case of violation of these General Conditions and inappropriate behaviour.
8. The owner's records are decisive in case of mutual disagreement unless the users can prove otherwise.
9. Guests of Bed & Breakfast "Bathorn" must comply with the following Internal Regulations.
10. Katrina Huisman is the owner and manager of Bed & Breakfast "Bathorn", hereinafter referred to as owner. The owner may be replaced.
11. Booking and confirmation
12. There is no extra charge for booking a stay at Bed & Breakfast "Bathorn".
13. The rental agreement can be entered into orally, by telephone, in writing and by e-mail.
14. Upon receipt of your reservation request, Bed & Breakfast "Bathorn" will send a confirmation (subject to availability) and the reservation is final.
15. Our booking confirmations refer to these Terms and Conditions.
16. Payment individuals
17. The accommodation costs in Bed & Breakfast "Bathorn" must be paid on arrival in cash, by pin or in advance. It is not possible to pay them at the end of the stay.
18. The owner may deviate from these conditions in agreement with the user. For reservations from 7 days and more, the owner may require a deposit of 50% of the agreed rent.

4. Payment business
5. Accommodation costs in B&B "Bathorn" must be paid on arrival in cash or by pin. In consultation, it is possible to pay by invoice. These invoices must be paid within 14 days.

5 . Cancellation and no show (not coming without cancellation)

1. In the unlikely event that you are unable to fulfil the rental agreement entered into, you should notify us as soon as possible so that we can still offer the resulting vacant date to third parties.
2. In case of cancellation and no show, the contractor pays a fee to the owner.
3. This fee consists of:
4. Up to two weeks before the rental start date, cancellation is free of charge.
5. If cancelled within 2 weeks before the start date, 50% of the amount will be due as compensation.
6. If cancelled within one week before the start date, 75% of the amount is due as compensation.
7. In case of cancellation and no show on the day, 100% of the amount is due.

The amount due under points 2, 3 and 4 should be transferred to the bank account number: NL53 ABNA 0818066954 in the name of B&B "Bathorn". You will receive an invoice for this. This must be paid within 14 days.

Where a deposit has been paid by the contractor, it will be refunded proportionately to the above by owner.

6. Key B&B

As a guest, you will receive a key to the B&B. You hand it back on departure. As a guest, you are responsible for properly locking the entrance door to the B&B.

Loss of the key is at the contracting party's expense (€25) and will be paid in cash or by invoice by the contracting party upon check-out.

DOMESTIC REGULATIONS

Arrival and departure

On the day of arrival, you can use your accommodation from 15:00.

On the day of departure, the accommodation should be free by 11am.

Only by arrangement can be made from the above times

be deviated from.

There will be no refund in case of early departure.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served by arrangement between 8am and 10am.

Your stay

Noise pollution, especially between 10pm and 7am, should be avoided.

Use by third parties of the accommodation is not allowed.

Visitors may not stay overnight in the Bed & Breakfast without the manager's permission and without additional payment.

Vehicles can be parked in the nearby car parks.

Waste should be deposited in the rubbish bin.

Report the presence of suspicious persons to the owner immediately.

Pets are not allowed in Bed & Breakfast "Bathorn".

Smoking is not allowed in Bed & Breakfast "Bathorn".
