If you make a booking through our reservation system: First name, Last name, Gender, Address (optional to be filled in by you), City, Postcode (optional to be filled in by you), Country, E-mail address and any special (dietary) requirements you make known.

For the night register: Name, Place of residence, type of ID and the dates you stay with us.

We use the booking system of bedandbreakfast.co.uk. This data is not shared with third parties. Other information you have provided to us will also never be shared with others or provided to other parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so.

The data retention period is 7 years for the night register. If you contact us via the contact form on our site or other correspondence via e-mail, the retention period will be limited and in any case no longer than one month after the moment has elapsed to which we estimate your enquiry relates. Reservation bookings and the resulting invoices will be retained for the maximum period that our records are subject to inspection by the tax authorities (maximum 7 years).

By entering into a reservation agreement, you indicate your consent to the processing and storage of the data you provide as indicated above. You obviously have the right to be able to withdraw the given consent for a given processing at any time insofar as it does not conflict with the legislation imposed by us. You have the right to access, correct and delete your data at any time insofar as this is not contrary to the legislation imposed by us. You can also file a complaint with the privacy regulator at any time.

Both when contacting us via the contact form on our site. and when making a reservation request, we use only the minimum information required to enter into an agreement with you or to correspond with you.

No automated decision-making is used by us.

The information provided by you will be stored in the reservation system of Bedandbreakfast.eu in a secure environment.

Any contact requests and e-mails regarding reservation requests and reservation confirmations are stored on our computer which is password protected and equipped with the latest security software.

In the unlikely event of a security breach, we will immediately notify the Personal Data Authority.
