Useful to know

On this page you will find some practical information about your stay at Bed & Breakfast Bathorn.
If there are any matters that, after reading the following, are not or not entirely clear, please feel free to contact ops. We will be happy to explain.

Minimum length of stay

In principle, we apply a minimum stay of two nights, because we like to take time for our guests and not just spend time cleaning rooms. Besides, all the beauty Grafschaft Bentheim has to offer deserves more than 1 day of your time.

Check-in and check-out

On your day of arrival, we are happy to welcome you from 4 pm with a cup of coffee or tea and something sweet, if you want to go for sect then this is also possible, otherwise you will get it after dinner. If you arrive earlier we are probably still working, but feel free to park your car in our car park for a first introduction to the area.
On the day of departure, we do not 'chase anyone'. So feel free to take time for your breakfast. If we can have your room again around 11 o'clock, our schedule will not be compromised.

Children

Although we personally have a soft spot for our smallest guests, we have had to conclude that our B&B is not suitable for a stay with (young) children. We welcome with love and pleasure active outdoor people, lovers of nature and culture, peace seekers, romantics, bon vivants.
Do you have children? We are happy to help you find a nice place to stay in the Grafschaft.

Cancel

We assume that you intend to come and stay with us, but of course something can always happen that forces you to change your plans. This is particularly inconvenient for you, but also for us. In that case, please give us a call (0049 1523 7036733) so that we can discuss the situation.
As a starting point, we will refund 50% of the booking fee if you cancel within 2 weeks before arrival (4 weeks for groups > 8 people). However, we often manage to make other arrangements together. Nevertheless, it is always wise to take out (continuous) cancellation insurance.

Pets

We have 1 cat and 2 chickens of our own. You will no doubt come across them, although we will keep them away from the B&B as much as possible. Nevertheless, we have chosen not to allow pets in our accommodation, in order to give our animals their territory and not to create unnecessary commotion.
