House rules

Welcome to B & B & Theetuin Bathorn

To create a pleasant stay for you and the other guests, the house rules below apply.

Booking
Reservations should always correctly state the number of people who will be staying at the B & B Bathorn.

In the case of an overnight stay with children, the age of the child(ren) must be stated already at the time of the reservation request. This way, we can take care of the correct furnishing of the room.

Maximum occupancy of rooms
We have access to 1 double rooms.

The rooms are suitable for a maximum occupancy of 2 persons. It is therefore not allowed to stay in the room with more than two people. In consultation, a child can sleep in the room with a cot.

If the maximum occupancy indicated on the reservation form is exceeded, we will charge 100% of the applicable overnight rate per violation, in addition to the accommodation cost already due. If our accommodation is fully booked at that time, we will not be able to accommodate the extra person.

Visitors
Due to the size of our venue, visitors are not allowed.

Check in
Check-in is in principle from 16:00. A different time can be arranged in consultation with the host. Check-in is preferably before 21:00. For check-in, please report to the front door of the residence.

Check-out can be between 8:00 and 10:00 on the day of departure. These times can be deviated from by agreement.

Key management
On arrival, the host will give you one key intended for your accommodation. It is your responsibility to lock the doors of your accommodation and switch off the lights. When checking out, please return the key to the host.

Loss of key
If a key is lost, we will charge you €50.00.

Breakfast,Lunch and Dinner
We offer the option of a daily fresh breakfast. Breakfast is served at the dining table or outside. Upon arrival, please indicate your wishes for this and any dietary requirements. Breakfast is served every morning from 7:30 to 10:00. The cost is included in the price. It is strictly forbidden to bring your own food to replace breakfast. In addition, we can provide a packed lunch or picnic basket and we can provide dinner for a fee.

Bed linen and towels
For longer stays, towels will be changed after 3 nights and bed linen after 6 nights. If you wish to do this more often, we charge €5 per set. We always do this in consultation with the guests.

Ensuring hygiene
It is not allowed to sleep on the beds in the rooms without sheets and pillowcases.

In the event that non-removable stains occur in the mattress, duvet, bedspread and decorative pillows or towels during the overnight stay, we will have to charge the guest for the resulting cleaning costs and/or costs to replace the materials.

Prices
Prices include gas, water, electricity, bed, bath and linen. The use of coffee, tea and Wi-Fi is free.

Parking
You can park your car on the wide green strip along the road.

Sound
In the evening after 10pm, it is quiet in and outside the B&B.

Waste
Please put rubbish in the designated bins in the dining room.

Pets
Pets are not allowed.

Smoking
No smoking inside or outside

Alcohol and (soft) drugs
Alcohol abuse is prohibited, so enjoy, but drink in moderation. It is strictly forbidden to possess, use and/or deal drugs at the B&B. Police will always be called in.

Internet
You will have access to the Wifi guest network. The user will refrain from visiting internet websites of an illegal nature or inconsistent with the accommodation's reputation. If the user is suspected of being a nuisance to third parties and/or (other) internet abuse, we have the right to block internet access without further notice.

Damage
The B&B is in no way liable for any damage, loss or theft you may have or experience during your stay.

Should any damage be caused to the accommodation or its furnishings during your stay, you must notify the hosts.
