Breakfast
At a time agreed with you between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m., breakfast will be ready in the dining room for you to enjoy together in peace;
Below are the contents and what you can preferably order the evening before. We serve all bread and other products exclusively with Dinkelmehl.
- Freshly squeezed fruit juice*: Start the day with a refreshing glass of freshly squeezed orange or grapefruit juice.
- Fruit basket*: A selection of fresh seasonal fruit, such as strawberries, blueberries, grapes, and slices of kiwi, served on a pretty platter or in individual servings.
- Local yoghurt with honey and granola**: Creamy yoghurt served with local honey and granola and fresh fruit for a crunchy texture.
- Assortment of freshly baked rolls*: A selection of freshly baked bread or rolls, such as croissants, pain au chocolat, and muffins, served with butter and jam, among others.
- Cheese and meat board*: An assortment of local cheeses and fine meats, such as prosciutto and salami, presented with grapes, among others.
- Egg dishes**: Choice of egg dishes, such as scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, omelette with fresh herbs and tomato, or Eggs Benedict with Hollandaise sauce.
- Baked mushrooms and tomatoes**: Fresh mushrooms and tomatoes lightly sautéed with garlic and herbs for a savoury addition to breakfast.
- Fresh coffee and tea: Tea you can prepare yourself and, like coffee, can be grabbed throughout the day.
- Sweet treats: For example, muffins.
- Chef's speciality**: A unique dish that the owner of the bed & breakfast prepares especially for guests, such as waffles with fresh berries and whipped cream, pancakes with maple syrup and bacon, or Eggs royal with salmon and Hollandaise sauce.
